Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. REMOVE DUST FROM VENTILATION FANS IN WASHROOMS.

PROVIDE A DRAIN LINE FOR THE SODA GUNS BEHIND THE BAR AND ROUTE TO A FLOOR DRAIN.

FLOORS AT BAR AREA NEED CLEANING. POOR FLOOR GROUTING IN KITCHEN & DISHROOM AREAS MUST BE FIXED, KEPT DRY & FREE OF DEBRIS. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
DUSTY FAN GUARDS, CONDENSERS & COMPRESSORS OF COOLERS & INTERIOR OF HANDSINK AT BAR MUST BE KEPT CLEAN. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.
BAR HANDSINK IS SLOW-DRAINING, MUST FIX & MAINTAIN. Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health.

WALLS AROUND PREP STATIONS, BY THE 3-COMP SINK, & CEILING ABOVE THE DRY STORAGE SHELVES IN THE BASEMENT MUST BE CLEANED.
CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP, DARK GROOVES MUST BE REPLACED.
FLOORS AROUND THE ICE MACHINE IN BASEMENT MUST BE KEPT CLEAN.
