The area outside of the establishment used for the storage of garbage shall be clean at all times and shall not constitute a nuisance.FOUND OUTSIDE GARBAGE DUMPSTER AREA NOT MAINTAINED I.E. OVERFLOWING GARBAGE/LITTER ON GROUND.
