All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL DISPLAY SHELVES, STORAGE SHELVES, SINKS, COOLERS, EQUIPMENT, PREP TABLES, ETC
