FLOORS NEED CLEANING ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN FURNACE ROOM. SEAL ALL OPENINGS AROUND PIPE FITTINGS UNDER RADIATORS IN CLASSROOMS. REPAIR THRESHOLD UNDER ENTRANCE DOORS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPE FITTINGS UNDER SINKS IN KITCHEN, ABOVE ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN MULTIPURPOSE ROOM, IN CEILING IN BASEMENT WASHROOM. ALONG BASEBOARDS IN CLASSROOMS. SEAL ALL OPENINGS, CRACKS, CREVICES, ETC IN WALLS AND CEILINGS, AROUND PIPE FITTINGS, ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, ETC IN ALL AREAS.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. PROVIDE VENTILATION IN WASHROOMS. REPAIR TOILET IN FACULTY 2ND FLOOR WASHROOM. INCREASE PRESSURE ON WATER FOUNTAIN.
All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous foods shall have calibrated metal stem thermometers, provided and conspicuous, for refrigerated and hot food units. PROVIDE THERMOMETERS IN ALL REFRIGERATORS IN CLASSROOMS.
