All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST USE FOOD STORAGE BAGS TO STORE UNCOVERED FOODS INSTEAD OF PLASTIC GROCERY BAGS.
