MUST FIX ALL FAUCETS IN ALL WASHROOMS SO THAT WATER STAYS ON/OPEN (AT LEAST 20 SECONDS) FOR ADEQUATE HANDWASHING ON SITE PER DIRECTOR FRANCES GUICHARD, WHEN THERE IS ANY BATHROOM REMODELING,REPLACING OF HAND WASHING SINKS FAUCETS THE FAUCETS MUST STAY ON/ OPEN FOR ADEQUATE HANDWASHING. AT THIS TIME THE HANDSINK FAUCETS WILL NOT STAY OPEN UNLESS THE FAUCET IS HELD OPEN BY HAND.
