Dish washing facilities not maintained or operated. While draining the water in the middle of three compartment sink. Water coming up the left and right sides of sink. Water is orange with grease and food particles. Instructed to detail clean grease trap and/or repair to prevent inadequate disposal of waste water. No citation issued-establishment not operating. 'Held for Inspection' tag placed on three compartment sink.
Multi use utensils not properly stored on tables in dining room and kitchen. Instructed to invert and wrap utensils to prevent contamination before use.
