Found /observed previous minor violations (#33,#34, #35)not complied with, from inspection report #250576, dated 6/04/2010. at time of inspection on 7/14/2011. list of minor violations not in compliance from previous inspection report are as follows: #33, storage shelves dry goods not cleaned.Instructed to detail clean and sanitized. #34, Floor in corner and along wallbase in basement not maintained. Instructed to detail clean floor and reseal floor in storage area. #35, Wall in basement not maintained or sealed. Instructed to repair wall to prevent water seepage. Ceiling in basement storage room not maintained. Instructed to seal hole in ceiling and repair.(all of these previous violation must be corrected by 7/22/2011. Cooler shelving that had peeling paint, rust shall be repair/replaced, peeling paint in front counter cabinet, shall be repair/sealed.
Non food contact surfaces of cooler shelving, ice machine not clean, need cleaning, rear storage shelving, and racks not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices), Bsmt storage shelving, racks not clean need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors under heavy equipment, storage shelving, and dish machine areas,bar area in 1st floor need detailed cleaning(corners).
Peeling paint/plaster in front prep/counter areas shall be repair/sealed, cove moulding in rear storage areas shall be repair. Walls that had mold/mildew in bsmt storage areas shall be repair/replaced, and sealed. Ceiling in bsmt, bsmt storage areas that had large hiles, gaps, peeling paint shall be repair/sealed.
Broken light shield in rear kitche area shall be provide, missing light shields in bsmt storage areas, shall be provided.
Exhaust vents(ventilation)in coolers, prep area, and bathrooms not clean need cleaning.
