All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED SLIGHT LIME BUILD UP INSIDE ICE MACHINE. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED DUST BUILD UP ON CEILING VENTILATION COVER ABOVE BAR (29TH FLOOR). MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN COVER.

FLOORS UNDER DUMP SINK AT 2nd FLOOR ROOM SERVICE AREA, AROUND COOLERS & BEHIND COOKING EQUIPMENT AT 1st FLOOR KITCHEN, UNDER BAR SINKS-NEED CLEANING, DUE TO DEBRIS OR DIRT. The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.
CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP/DARK GROOVES MUST BE REPLACED. RUSTY GREASE TRAPS MUST BE RE-SEALED/PAINTED. SOME COOLER DRAWER DOOR GASKETS ARE RIPPED-MUST REPLACE. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
LIGHT SHIELD MISSING ABOVE COFFEE MACHINE STATION-MUST PROVIDE. Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities.
INTERIOR OF CABINET UNDER HANDSINK AT FRONT/DISPLAY PREP STATION MUST BE KEPT CLEAN/ORGANIZED BETTER. All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.

All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. FOUND MOP BUCKET STORED NEXT TO ICE MAKER. INSTRUCTED TO STORE AWAY.
