Vasona Lake County Park

Vasona Lake County Park is located at 333 Blossom Hill Road in Los Gatos, California. This lake side park is popular among the residents of Los Gatos as well as tourists who are visiting the area. There is a small fee to enter the park which is well worth the money for spending time in this local haven. There are places to picnic around the water and more inland with picnic tables and places to sit. Geese float or walk by depending on the location and children are welcomed to feed the birds at their own discretion. BBQ pits, benches and open fields are just some of the amenities for guests to enjoy when visiting Vasona Lake County Park.

Parking is available for free for Los Gatos and Monte Sereno residents. The free parking area is located at Oak Meadow Park which is located right across the creek from Vasona Lake County Park. Visitors driving into the Vasona Park itself have to pay for parking. Many nearby streets allow for parking along the side of the street. From the side streets walking is to be expected but only a short stretch.

The park is a great place to walk dogs, hike, and go kayaking. On the weekends the park fills up, especially during nicer weather.
