Laguna Culinary Arts Academy

Laguna Culinary Arts Academy, located at 845 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach, CA, takes those interested in cooking and transforms them into chefs. The culinary arts school, featured in a 2004 issue of Conde Nast, offers cooking classes ranging from crash courses, to French cooking courses, to gourmet coffee courses. Additionally, they offer wine and spirits classes and a pro chef program.

Culinary vacations offered by Laguna Culinary Arts Academy include not only culinary pleasures, but also include local cultural, historical, and outdoor activities. In addition LCAA is available for hosting private and corporate events with a full menu to match the season and occasion.

A wine and cheese shop is located on the premises and is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The Laguna Culinary Arts Gourmet Cheese and Wine Shop has an array of cheese and wines from all over the world. In addition, visitors can participate in wine and cheese tasting, request catering services, or purchase culinary accessories.
