The bathrooms have been finished with imported travertine accents for the floors, tubs, and showers. Separate vanities are now available in most rooms, and complimentary high-speed Internet access has been provided. Other standard amenities include cable television, voicemail, extra-thick terry cloth towels, and luxurious soaps and shampoos.

A key feature of the Holiday Inn Laguna Beach is its location, just across the street from the beach. Many of the rooms have ocean views, and the staff can provide guests with suntan lotion upon request. For those who prefer fresh water bathing, a secluded swimming pool can be found in the hotel's lush courtyard, surrounded by cushioned lounge chairs and umbrella-protected tables.

For dining on the premises, there is an intimate bar and lounge that serves California cuisine with both indoor and outdoor patio seating available.
