I live next to Desert Breeze Park. When I have been at the park I see planes flying over Kyrene de las Brisas Elementary and Kyrene Aprende Middle schools. The planes circle over the school area to get on final approach to land at Stellar. A friend of mine has 2 planes and use to live next to the Stellar runway and could taxie to his house/hanger. He never flew over schools and told me there's altitude you have to be above the schools. Is that true? What are the regulations and who enforces them? I saw one of your Jets fly over the school and I know jet fuel can due a lot of damage in an accident. Is the airport liable and the owner of the plane too? I saw the last plane that crashed across the street from Brisas before it was removed. Hopefully that won't happen again. My friend didn't need to turn over the school to land at Stellar, others due and they're to low.
Thanks,
Dan
