No. While removing the gps would have fomiricatians, had you removed it and not made a logbook entry, the data card will not get you in trouble. It is looked upon much the same way as tossing out your expired enroute charts and replacing them with new ones. Getting busted with expired nav gps data is sort of like getting busted for flying with expired enroute charts
