I am wondering for there are still Catalina planes at this airport. There used to be Catalina water-bombers here in Parry Sound Ontario (Canada), and through online research, it appears two were reported to be in Big Spring, Texas. Could anyone please send me more information?

In 1967 thru 1969 I was stationed at the USCG Air Station in San Juan Puerto Rico and was an air crewmen on USCG 7226 and other Goats. I was a 3rd class AT when part of the crew. I read the Grumman Albatross 7226 may be in Big Springs, TX. I have a photo of the 7226 made about 1968 while on active duty, outside, inside and in flight. If this is the same aircraft, is the public allowed to visit the aircraft? Would you like copies of the pictures.

Thanks
Calvin McFadden
