Also, in the open air packaged salad case approximately 50 bags of packaged salad mixes had temperatures ranging from 44 F to 50 F. The produce employee said she put some of the salad mixes in the cooler at 9:00 AM. COS, moved to the WIC. Approximately 25 of the salad mixes have been in the cooler prior to today. COS, VD. Also, 8 packages of salad mix were in a marked down bin without temperature control with a temperature of 63 F. Also in the salad case a hummus had a temperature of 57.2 F and salsa with a temperature of 57.9 F. COS, VD.
