5-202.14 - --The backflow prevention device on top of the dishwasher has failed and is leaking. The cap is rusty and mineral buildup is on the sides of the device. Also, under the vent hood is a small sink. There is an atmospheric vacuum breaker at the top base of the faucet serving a sprayer. This device has failed and leaks when the water is turned on.
