KDA_4_70211 - --Meat cutter in meat room was washing up cutting boards, spoons and knives at the three compartment sink but was washing and rinsing only, no sanitizer was being used - COS by instruction and setting up all three sinks with chlorine sanitizer and rewashing dishes - also left FOFS booklet.
