KDA_3_30613B - --On the serving line, there are washed whole apples for customer self service in stainless steel pans. They are mixed with whole bananas (which are not washed or required to be washed). There are no utensils such as tongs for customers to use for the apples. This causes customers to touch other apples that are ready to eat in their whole form.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --Five plastic food containers and one lid are cracked. This prevents proper cleaning and pieces of plastic can end up in foods (discarded).
KDA_4_60111C - --There is dried food on the non food contact surfaces of the mixer, above the mixer bowl.
