1) Replace the damaged pizza stone on the bottom shelf of pizza oven. 2) Observed several utensils not in good condition. Discard. 3) Cutting board on prep cooler cross from reach-in cooler in kithchen was no longer cleanable. Replace. 4) Three single pieces of cutting board were no longer cleanable. Replace.

The following door need to provide self-closing door: 1) Both women and men's restroom. 2) Employee restroom in kitchen. 3) mop sink room. Others: 1) there is a big hole on the wall in men's restroom. Must put cover on it . 2) Replace light bulb to shatter-resistant in reach-in cooler by 2 compartment sink.
