Observation: Employees stated they were not informed of their employee reporting responsibilities. Manager given employee reporting agreement forms 1a and 1b and will be having all staff fill out forms.

Observation:Has two bottles of spray sanitizer on shelving units holding foods, must store these at a distance from food packages, not directly adjacent or over any foods or food service items.

Observation:Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle is at 200 ppm must dilute to 50-100 ppm, remade solution.

Observation:No chlorine detected in spray sanitizer bottle, must be at 50-100 ppm, discarded now and will remake.

Observation:Must post inspection report within public view, currently framed behind the license.

Observation:Drip catch pan is missing from hood system, replace.

Observation:Need to provide a three compartment sink with compartments large enough to completely submerge all equipment, ie large mixer bowl does not fit in current sink compartments. Must provide new sink within next 2 months.

Observation:Seal underside of front counter laminate countertop with at least two coats of light colored paint or varnish to make smooth and cleanable surface.

Observation:Condensor electrical switch in walk in cooler, has a leak, repair to prevent dripping on food.
