Food storage containers identified with common name of food Observation: Sugar was not labeled. Containers holding food which could be mistaken for other food must be identified with the common name of the food.
Hand drying provided Observation:Don't have paper towels on hand sink in 3 compartment sink room. Must provide paper towels for hand drying purpose.
Air drying of equipment and utensils Observation: Put wiping cloths under cleaned utensil for drying. Towels are not considered smooth and nonabsorbent. If wish to use a towel, place bar matting on top the towel and will provide an air gap.
Poisonous or toxic materials used and applied Observation: Chlorine sanitizer was tested too strong. Must maintain chlorine sanitizer between 50 -100 ppm. Corrected at time of inspection.
