NY Governor Hochul says kids in the Bronx don't know what computers are

Anyone with a computer knows that Democrats need blacks to remain ignorant, victimized, hopeless, uneducated, and reliant on government handouts and special treatment. She believes we're useful idiots.
Therefore, she believes blacks do not have computers. And Biden believes all blacks are poor and all whites are rich.
Towards the end of my teaching career we had a Middle States team in for re-accreditation. The team leader was retired from an urban district in New Jersey.
We were a solidly middle/upper middle class high school (yes, we had our poor kids but less than the average for the school system), 92% Black student population.
We were walking by our Child Development classroom and she remarked that she was impressed we had on-site day care for the children of the students. Except that wasn't was it was, it was a community pre-school that was part of the Child Development curriculum for 3rd and 4th year students to get training in the situation. In fact, none of the preschoolers there were children of any of our students (children of past graduates, yes) but were dropped off by their parents for the pre-school.
She was stunned when I told her that. She then asked what our pregnancy rate was. I didn't know the exact number but it was less than 1% (that we knew of, we didn't always find out).
Again, she was stunned. She assumed with our demographics totally incorrect conclusions.
I don't know if Cuomo had picked her or his campaign installed her on the ticket. But some how she got where she is today. Was it her connections, donor list. box check etc?
Have to wonder about Cuomo's views although we already learned how he views/treats women.

Democrats know that there is a very high percentage of people in the black community that are perfectly ok with this (or at minimal will just hold their nose) and will continue voting democrat regardless, so they don't even try to mask it. This is where a large part of the left's arrogance stems from. It is a sad reality.

Because the media portray Blacks that way and people ASSUME all Blacks are poor, ignorant and popping out babies while still minors.

Well, Cuomo's treatment of Women are exactly why she was put in place. After he resigned due to the scandal, she sort of just slipped in for a good while.
But she did beat her opponent when the next elections came up. Nov 23, I think?
This was a no filter speech, she honestly believe what she had said there. It was on point and no error or sloppiness. She clearly mean what she said which as a white woman she doesn't have the same reservation that a man must have when he speaks in public. Women aren't held at the same standards as men are in politics. Clearly she had no reservations when she made that sentence.
And so far, the reactions are double standard as they would not condemn an actual racist statement because she's a democrat and a woman. A protected identity.
She actually thought it would be a good idea, a way of emphasizing with the Black population, by saying it. No critical thinking skills, no lightbulb in her brain to convey to her that it was going to in fact be insulting.
A lot of these people really are this clueless. Just plain old stupid.

Correct. Sadly, there is no significant fear or pressure Democrats currently have of ever needing to actually help blacks help themselves.
Many blacks are happy to vote Democrat, and Democrats are happy to take their vote for granted by comparing us to 3rd world citizens with no internet or computer access.
Even the poorest person in America can go into a free library and observe what a computer is.
The dems continues to have the plantation mentality of having blacks fooled that they are the party of the tolerant while actually helping the white elites keep all of the powers and continues to keep black people fooled while blaming Republicans and independents as being racist.
I guess as long as blacks are willing to accept scraps given to them while being exploited and used as leverage in elections.
