Even after they stopped Michigan from cheating, it wasn't enough for Penn State to win.

They have a top 5 defense and no offense.

Maybe Michigan was still cheating too. It's hard to catch everything.

The fact that Penn State has beaten all the other Big 10 opponents besides Michigan and Ohio State with such an offense tells you how bad the rest of the competition is in that conference.

It's been a rough century for Nebraska.

Is there any school that has shown to be more of a pretender than Penn State? They end up ranked highly every year after beating Purdue and Indiana. Their fans run their mouths about how great they are. The Post Gazette writes their propaganda. And then State Penn gets whopped when they play the real Big Ten teams. Every year. Lol. It's actually hilarious. Franklin isn't a good coach, either.

nah, I reject the entire premise. College football is a quasi professional level where you lose the ENTIRE team to free agency every 4 years AND oft you lose the ENTIRE starting package in one day. So if you have a college team whose program is perennially competitive, the coaching staff is actually pretty good.

PS - michagan ALSO played - and beat - perdue and indiana. Your point? They also played east carolina (they have a team?) and UNLV. (and maryland AND Rutgers.) So Michigan is better? ok, duh.
