Well, on the one hand you all COULD debate “what ifs” forever, but after five pages of member’s posts attempting to assist by responding to the OP with no satisfactory solution in sight, I suppose you could say that this thread has already gone on for however long “forever” is, in this particular situation.
The main point of this thread pertained to whether or not it was “right” for the OP’s uncle to have lived in the house for two whole, whopping weeks. -Just to be perfectly clear, the thread is CLOSED due to the following reasons, which should fully provide an explanation to whoever MOST needs one:
(PLEASE FORGIVE THE LENGTH!)
-Despite how many members have posted VERY good suggestions and advice with the intention of helping the OP, all such suggestions/posts have been DISMISSED by the OP.
-Due to the above, there would thereby seem to be no further point in terms of continuing the thread. Nothing that has been posted is acceptable to the OP. Every post attempting to hear, help, and assist the OP has been REFUTED.
-The main, primary issue of this thread, (uncle’s living in the house for two weeks) has come and gone.
-LASTLY, (but most importantly) is the fact that after 5 pages of responses to the OP, all clearly posted with genuinely good intentions, but refuted by the OP, informs members that unless those who are posting AGREE with the
OP, they are dismissed. NOTE: When starting a thread, NO ONE can expect to read posts that they want to hear. That is simply not how city-data (or anyplace else) works.
Again, my truly sincere apologies for this far too LENGTHY mod cut!!! For those who managed to make it through to this point, thank you for reading, and genuine hopes that June has not caused any eye strain!!!
