Better to come to Seattle in June for the Fremont Solstice Parade, there are plenty of missing tops, some painted, others not.

Go to the local strip club, it will be closer if you have the need to see some breasts

Last time I was in New Orleans (Pride week, month of June) There was a woman standing in the middle of Bourbon Street in a G string with pasties covering her nipples. For some money, you could get your picture taken with her if you wanted. I'd had plenty to drink, so it didn't really matter to me, but for all intents and purposes, she might as well have been naked.

Mardi Gras 1973

Slept at the old Sugar Bowl. 50 cents a night. (Superdome was just being built)

One open shower room (co-ed) there, water in the shower up to your ankles.

It was fun then....

On topic, I was chatting with a guy from New Orleans and he found outsider perspectives on the city to be amusing.

Mardi Gras is meant to be as decadent as anyone wants it to be.

A streetwise person would find all the revelry (including whipped out breasts) to be funny. Some people might be scandalized.
