Ok City-Data Memphis Subform,

I changed South Riverdale and Fox Meadows into "purple" areas.

Hmmm... Okay,

There is no real "mixing" but, I could select the lightest shade of green (closer to yellow).

Which area(s) would you want me to put in that shade.

We are visiting Memphis for the first time and I'm using the internet and selecting our place to stay and where to eat based on the excellent and helpful map.

I'm having a difficult time distinguishing some of the colors.

For example, what color is the Raleigh area which is west of Bartlett?

Also what color is the area of Wells Station Rd. and Gosman Park which is south of the Raleigh area? Orange?

I'm most likely moving to the Memphis area and undecided on whether to live in Bartlett or Southaven (38672 zip area). Are there shady areas in Bartlett or is the whole town of Bartlett a safe area? How is the 38135 zip area?

Anyone have any comments comparing Bartlett to Southaven?

Thanks.

both are very respectable communities. a great deal of new growth in southaven, and i know more is coming. bartlet would be my choice simply because of income tax issue in ms. north ms is headed for heavy urbanization. watch and believe. those demographics are going to change for housing investors. olive branch, southaven, hernando, etc. will all become one, if not essentially now that way.
