The article below, released today, discusses the activities taken by OAN executives that may be criminal, in which an email was sent to former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell, with an attached spreadsheet claiming to contain passwords of employees from the voting technology company, Smartmatic.
Smartmatic is suing OAN for defamation (from the 2020 election).
I have never watched (nor would I even know where to look to find)OAN.
That said, why is it that all sorts of Democrats have questioned the validity starting with Gore back in 2000, and with Hillary and Abrams being the latest ones, yet none of them are facing lawsuits?
The same is true of leftist media outlets/personalities that never seem to face the same issues.

I truly hope the insanely politically slanted companies Smartmatic and Dominion are not allowed to do business in most of the country with any county's election office. The rhetoric of the Dominion lawyers when that settlement with Fox News happened showed that a company like that should never be trusted to be impartial. Again, the leftist loonies in this thread show how insane the average radical Democrat is these days.
It would be bankruptcy, not prison, OAN execs will worry about.
I guess both, then.
Because trafficking in passwords is a pretty serious crime in most jurisdictions. Even if the passwords turn out to be bogus.
