As of Sunday morning scattered rains from about DC Northward into the NE. WPC calling for 1-3" more possible some locations (mainly East PA, portions of NJ, MD, NY, maybe CT), most light rain tho. Max winds 25mph(35km/h), moving NNE 12mph(19km/h), pressure 1007mb. Several coastal waterways running about 2ft above normal from Northern Chesapeake Bay and points Northward.
Forecasters say Ophelia has circled around for another smack at the East Coast. I realize that the system is no longer officially named Ophelia, but, we will be getting soggy again.
And may go out some and then come back near the East coast again too! But at least not redevelop into anything tropical.
