The sharing of resources and intelligence has been happening for decades, again, these two countries were already de facto NATO members.

What changes is that if a NATO-Russia clash does come, Russia will be fully justified in kicking their butt if there is any threat to Baltic access...they brought mayhem to themselves. Actually this clarify things for Russia removing any ambiguity.
Well, well...

Being a full-fledged member is different than being an allied.

A few examples of Russian threats and paranoia. It is sad that Western European countries have to share a border with such POS countries.

You can't convert something that isn't there in the first place.

I really like Macron's speech on how the EU should stand up to the dictator Putin. What a complete turn around for him. In the beginning of the invasion, Macron tried diplomacy with Putin. He met with the dictator and talked with him several times on the phone. His efforts for peace were wasted though. Putin didn't want peace. If he did, he wouldn't have invaded Ukraine in the first place.

Now Macron finally sees Putin for what he is: a brutal dictator who is a wanted war criminal.

Lol, you fell for his phoney speech. Macron is actually on Putin's side, he wanted to know how Putin will be able to handle the US's sanctions and asked him how long he plans to occupy Ukraine in the beginning. Putin's only blunder was that he underestimated what it will cost Russia to counter the US support of Ukraine. He didn't anticipated the US would keep sending resources to help Ukraine. And his other mistake was he should've attacked Ukraine back in 2014 instead of waiting. At the time, Obama wasn't going to anything to stop it.

That is a tired line that has been absolutely proved be false. Russia is not a pariah at all, the so called west is not the world. Wake Up. The West loss of credibility has been massive.

Moscow has, reasonably, said that joining NATO makes these countries legitimate target in case of a NATO-Russia confrontation. You join an alliance, you accept the consequences and get the good and the bad.

Russia is a paper tiger holding some nuclear weapons that keep them relevant. Ukraine has exposed that and any posturing toward Sweden and Finland (or even Poland) of border incursion by traditional methods laughable given the elite military hardware at their disposal, something Ukraine has not possessed since day one. Putin's posturing has become eye-rolling and now has to resort to under-handed espionage tactics such as cyberattacks and cyber propaganda to advance "Russian aggression".

It's nice to live in an alternative reality.

Russia is winning decisively in Ukraine, a turned fascist state armed to the teeth, the second largest military in Europe after Turkey and with the full weight of NATO ISR capabilities behind.....and they are being torn to shred.

I suggest you to actually start learning something rather than regurgitating useless blabber from western media.

You can start here with professor James K Galbraith, son of the great John Kenneth Galbraith about Russia, the capabilities of the Russian economic system and Russian power.

True.

John McCain once said: "...Russia is a gas station masquerading as a country..."
