we've always known these get-out-the-vote drives are invariably and actually get-out-the-democrat-vote.

What is the purpose of a political campaign? Identify your voters and get them to the polling place. Some people running do voter registration drives. The only non partisan voter registration I know of is the LWV.

Most of the time when we hear about fraud of some kind with voter registration is in a primary campaign by a candidate who has more money than brains. Those who pay people to register voters are asking for trouble.
