Say goodbye to control of the Senate, Dems.

Why is it surprising that he's winning? Maryland elected him their governor, in the same "deep blue" state. I like Larry, he's old school, he will work with the other side. As far from MAGA as you can get, which is why he appeals to both sides. I was hoping he'd accept No Labels offer to be on their ticket.

He should of ran as an independent.

Well that’s basically what No Labels is.

And lose. Now, he may, just may, win.

This is the latest shoe to drop about voter registrations in the State:

I've been saying this has been a problem for years, it's almost impossible to remove a voter even if you know they've died or moved.

This, a three way race with a GOP nominee and Hogan as IND or 3rd party is an automatic Democrat win.

As mentioned in another thread (or was it post?) Spring polls before the Dem primary aren't going to be reflective of the race, although they may show what Hogan's ceiling is with voters as a known entity. If that ceiling is 49-50%, we have a race (obviously.)

I bet Governor Sauerbrey agrees with the lawsuit.

I disagree with you. If someone moderate like Larry Hogan ran, there would be a huge amount of Democrat crossover in my opinion. Most Democrats don’t want Biden and are hungry for a viable and tolerable alternative.

Except the Senate race in Maryland isn't between Biden and Hogan.

As it is Hogan won't peel off many Democrat votes in any event. His wins came from Independents.

Hell, Trone had a *** a boo moment a few days ago and it was waved away with an apology and his claim that he never knew what the term meant even though he'd heard it growing up in Maryland. He won't lose many votes from that, if any. He may even shore up some Democratic support from it from the Old Guard. They really miss the good old days.
