I'm a bit busy during the week. But on the weekends I try to ride a bit, taken a liking to it. I think I got 30 miles in about 2 hours, but I've never measured out the place I ride.
I am on a forced break right now from a bike injury, but until the accident I was doing over 100 miles a week. Our longer rides were between 35 and 40 miles and we ride trails at 12 to 15 MPH. I was riding some on paved green ways with a road bike, but think after the accident I will stick to trails only.
As the heavy riding season winds down, and I have to start breaking out the winter riding gear, my mileage will probably settle around 100 miles a week.

Reason: Keyboard batteries died mid-sentence.
I aim for 20 miles a day, about five days a week (if the weather isn't too brutal, I'll ride seven days a week). Sometimes, I end up doing 15 miles, sometimes 25.
I am riding about 70 miles a day for about 6 days a week between 2000 and 6000 ft of climbing. I am preparing for the hill climbing championships though.
Since 2000 I have been bike commuting an average of 25 miles per day, 5 days a week, every work day of the year. I live in coastal southern california where the climate is mild year round so the weather is hardly ever an obstacle. It's rare if the temperature is below 40F in "winter" or above 95F during the summer, so I have it relatively easy compared to bike commuters in other places. Sunday mornings I take a 40 mile or so scenic ride that includes a beautiful stretch of Pacific Coast Highway through Newport Beach, Corona del Mar and Laguna Beach.

You are definitely a hard-core biker. By any chance do you do Pittsburgh's "Dirty Dozen?"

I don't. I live way too far west for P-burgh.
