Well looks like the taller won’t be until phase 4 still nice to see things moving forward

With the location of the crane suggests the taller building will go up first, as it should, because I believe Synovus has to be out of their current offices by June/July 2023. They better get busy.

The location of the crane is actually the center of where the 7 story residential would be.
Another crane should go up for the taller building.

I thought the tower had a schedule completion time frame of summer 2024?

Ah I had the dates wrong. They're moving out of current space July 2022, but the new one won't be ready until 2024 like you said. https://www.synovus.com/-/media/file...heet.pdf?la=en
