Same development where the Hotel Indigo and Rapids mixed-use building are located downtown along the Riverwalk.

So this is basically an updated version.
Love it!

I can picture Columbus looking similar to West Midtown in Atlanta

They sold the Uptown Center and Main Office Building. All HR, Executives and others areas are in the WCB Leased building on the river. I would be very surprised to see them spend and have not as good of a view and more expensive cost per sq ft. The UTC SALE had ZERO contingency on this new development. UTC is a dump of a building with so many sewer, water and overall ages issues.

Won't be announced until next spring/summer.

The "SIGNAGE" and "BANK" in Synovus red, and "SHOP" in Publix green. This is a much better setup than the original drawing. Look slike the first 3-4 stories will be parking garage. Looks like this setups to be more like a standard Publix and less urban. Also, I'm assuming this view is from Front Avenue, but it appears to be missing the steps that were featured in the original drawing, which makes me think it might by from Broadway. The Broadway-fronting Grocery store would make a lot of sense but it's more likely from Front.

Man would it be nice to see AFLAC join the building boom and progress of downtown.
If you consider this a 'tower,' I could hook you up with some ultra-prime land in Albany that could make you rich. Decent design, but replicated in literally dozens of office parks anywhere. Turns out I was right all along..

So you admit I was right. Didn't think you were capable of admitting it, but thanks!
