So much for the Left's "inclusivity" -- telling me to get out of my own town for a differing opinion!

When I see signs like "no place for hate" or "reject hate" I know it's a cheap signal. You become the very monster that you purport to fight.

Charlottesville's left, just like everywhere else's left, loves to claim they love diversity, inclusion and respecting other cultures. But none of that extends to diversity of thought. Should you not fall in line, you are an evil white supremacist (even if you're not white) who must be hounded until destruction. Their only inclusion in that regard is ensuring they can destroy you both professionally and personally. Screw them all, cvill is full of a bunch of soyboy ******* these days.

Any time I hear the term "dog whistle", I know someone is simply upset that someone else has acknowledged the truth. Why don't you google fbi crime stats by race for a nice dog whistle.

Conservatives are terrible at comedy. I assume these last rants were meant to be funny? They aren’t.

Btw, it’s illegal to drive your car through a crowd in every jurisdiction, not just in progressive Charlottesville. If that makes you feel like you can’t express your ideas, that’s on you. If you want to chant antisemitic slogans while carrying tiki torches (the irony!) do it in your own yard. There aren’t many towns that will tolerate that BS, nor should they.

I don't know about Charlottesville but to anyone else reading this, the Richmond region is very accepting of diversity of thought.

Chant whatever you want, just don't engage in violence. Please consider keeping an open mind if you decide to move there.

I thought Charlottesville was bigger than Roanoke.

City population:
Charlottesville 47K
Roanoke 99K

Metro population:
Charlottesville 229K
Roanoke 315K

The consumer metrics are obviously different because you can find Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Costco in Charlottesville, but not in Roanoke.

With that said, we are not stuck on Charlottesville but the community does need to be progressive.

Just research which city you fancy pays the highest in taxes.

Charlottesville will be a good option. You will also have easy access to other liberal/progressive areas like Richmond and DC close by. Charlottesville overwhelmingly vote for progressive measures.
