CMS does test 3 year olds to see if they qualify for services under the EC program. We're talking about kids with some sort of disability or other developmental conditions like Autism, Downs Syndrome etc. Most kids go 3-4 days a week & it is free

Just one of the many reasons so many people from NJ move here.

One day there won't be anyone left in NJ, they will all be in Charlotte.

Agree.

Folks want to move to NC for lower taxes, but expect the same services they received from states with higher taxes. I’ve lived all over the U.S….. it is very clear you get what you pay for.
