What it the name of the oddly shaped, pencil-thin building I sometimes see in photos of the Baltimore skyline. Is it taller than the Matheson Building, my standard of a skyscraper when I lived there many years ago? What is the street address of this new, unusually shaped building. Does it have an observation deck? I'll be coming to Baltimore for my 55th Poly reunion in June. Its seems the skyline has changed quite a bit.

Zea mays, as for the pencil thin building, i believe you are referring to the William Donald Schaefer Building. It does not have an observation deck unfortunately, but there is an observation deck at the Baltimore Word Trade Center. The William Donald Schaefer Building was completed in 1992. They planned to have condos in the top "pencil thin" section, but that never went through and i don't believe anything lies up there today.
