I went to You Say When at Lunchtime and pulled down the handle for the peanut butter yogurt. The yogurt sprayed all over me. I told the Cashier at the counter and he said he just changed the machine and it wouldn't work for 5 minutes. I told him he should have put up a sign so customers didn't use it again. He said no. I said, you mean to tell me you are going to let another customer come up to the yogurt machine and have yogurt get sprayed on them too and you won't put a sign up saying the machine isn't working? He said no, he was not putting up a sign and yelled at me. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!
