Moved all potentially hazardous foods to other unit. Do not utilize unit until it is able to maintain an ambient air temperature of 41f or below.
  • No copy of latest inspection report. Operator states it is locked in a box that emloyee on duty does not have access to.

To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR's contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Spoke to operator on phone and she states she was not aware that her employees needed any food safety training
  • Critical - Observed employees food/drink not seperated from establishment food/drink 2 door glass cooler in back kitchen has opened employees drinks in it.
  • Critical - Observed interior of reach-in cooler soiled with accumulation of food residue. cooler that stores milk has old food build up in bottom of it
  • Critical - Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Yogurt mixes in reach in cooler temperatures 47f-49f. Corrective action moved all containers to other reach in cooler
  • Observed single-service items stored on floor. Case of cups stored on floor in storage room
