Reconstituted hash browns 49°-50° in 3 door reach in cooler closest to office. Door is opened constantly. Hash browns further back were in temperature so suggested to manager he not store as many and store them further back in the unit. Corrective action, had manager move out of temperature items to walk in cooler for rapid cooling.
- High Priority - Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. One cracked egg in egg bin. Manager removed and discarded cracked egg. **Corrected On-Site**
- Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Wet Wiping cloth draped over hand wash sink. Also food debris in hand wash sink from dumping. Manager removed cloth and cleaned out sink. **Corrected On-Site**
