In main area display cooler, items missing location address. Jello, pudding, hard boiled eggs, cheese cup, and chicken and rice soup are all missing location address.
  • High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/with ready-to-eat food in reach-in freezer - not all products commercially packaged. At front prep area next to fryers, raw hamburger patties in reach in freezer over French fries. Chef moved hamburger patties to bottom. **Corrected On-Site**
