Fish. 44 both these items were in the far right unit on the cook line closest the walk in cooler. Cheese 48 in the walk in cooler, this item was in the corner of the walk in cooler and the corrective action taken. It was moved directly under the air flow it was placed on the top shelf in the walk in cooler.
High Priority - Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. The floor drain in the Dish machine area was overflowing, the manager on duty had already called for service and the plumbing technician arrived at the location to repair the drain at 1600 pm.
