  • Critical. Observed inaccurate/damaged gauges on dishmachine.The final rinse gauge was showing 195 degrees Farenheit and thermotape failed to show 160 degrees Farenheit on plate surface.
  • Wash solution in spray type hot water sanitizing dishmachine not reaching proper temperature according to manufacturer's specifications.Data plate requires 160 degrees Farenheit and gauge on dish machine registering 120 degrees Farenheit.
