  • Basic - Ventilation inadequate as evidenced by excessive steam or vapors in kitchen. In frying area and back of kitchen, is very smokey causing itchy eyes. At callback 9/4/14, Operation Manager stated a belt in the exhaust system is broken and the technician is scheduled for today.

Also, accumulation of white harden fat-like around lift station access door. There is also a strong sewage-like odor. At call back, observed accumulation of water and white fat-like outside the back door and strong sewage-like odor, from back door around grease trap and around lift station access door. Manager on duty explained the plumber has come and stated there is not problem with the lift station, she also states that when they wash the kitchen floors the water is squeegeed outside.
