  • Basic - Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength.on front line tested to find 0ppm Corrected with manager to 50ppm **Corrected On-Site**
  • High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Line prep attendant walk away from station to go to RIC opened door and touched RTE foods and then returned back to prep station
  • Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use due to items stored in the sink. Scrub brush found in HWS next to ice machine in back room
