This is a suggestion for the corporation. I know that we all went through a very strange, difficult and inspected situation two years ago, a situation that turns everything and everyone life upsidedown. But I noticed that instead of improving the service and stimulating the people to work with the company trough the increase of salary. It has going the opposite way, I watching a lady with 3 kids waiting for almost 30 minutes to get her order, and that is not fair. At the same time the environment inside the restaurant feels like an ICU because the continuous beep if the equipment making the eat in experience at the restaurant NOT VERY PLEASANT. I had the chance to travel all around the world and feel proud to see the yellow M as one of icon's of the American culture, so PLEASE take care of company and improve the service and products to the standard of the 2nd decade of the XXI century.
