The only 3 compartment sink in establishment is at the main bar area and has small compartments. Plans need to be approved by callback date. On callback, handwash sink was put back in main prep area, needs to be hooked up. Still needs to submit plans. Also, there is a smaller glass dishmachine at east side of bar.
