Operator states check was mailed over the weekend. D-4 office verified no monies showing yet. Advised operator to continue checking for status. Paid with ck #1097 sent in 5/28 mail-weekend and holidays. Advised to check bank and online with Tallahassee.

  • Critical. Observed processed ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening-half full container of sour cream, holding in walk-in cooler.
  • Critical. Potentially hazardous food not held at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Breakfast potatoes holdingbat cookline-advised to be 135 or hotter or 41 or colder. Advised quick reheat to 165 then hold at 135 or hotter. Repeat Violation.
  • Critical. Observed food employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands and the establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Employee at cookline making sandwiches, touching toast , bacon and other items with bare hands. Corrected On Site. Repeat Violation.
