(Observed procedure in place to use a glass and multi-purpose cleaning solution to clean the inside of the shake machine. Corporate procedure is to remove all parts wash, rinse, sanitize the parts then use a spray glass and multipurpose solution to clean inside the equipment. Per manager the equipment is cleaned bi-weekly by removing the shelves, and red food trays then cleaned.
  • High Priority - Chlorine sanitizer used to sanitize clean in place equipment not at proper minimum strength. Do not use equipment not properly sanitized. (Observed restaurant using glass and multi-purpose cleaning solution to clean the inside of the shake machine. Per manager parts are removed, washed, rinsed and sanitized, then the inside of the equipment is cleaned in place with a glass and multi- purpose cleaning solution. Per manager and based on cleaning procedures the machine is cleaned bi-weekly.
